Beautiful home with spectacular views of SML!

Our family was fortunate to have beautiful weather while staying here. The house was immaculate and had more than enough room for our family to eat both inside the kitchen and outside on the large deck. The dock had plenty of room for us to lounge during the day and plenty of floats, chairs, life preservers, etc. We had an amazing time here!

WOW!!!

Our week here was unforgettable! The house is much larger than it seems from the outside. Actually, it is wisely broken into 3 family suites allowing for plenty of privacy. Each with a full bathroom. The oversized dining room table is perfect. The master bedroom is huge. Many kids dance parties till I couldn't stand it anymore! Being a chef, I was very pleased to find a ton of cooking gear. Then the deck and view of the mountain! It will forever hold a spot inside my soul! If you have a large family, you can't go wrong here. My new favorite property on the lake. Awesome sunsets and star gazing too! All I need is a million bucks to own her!!

Fantastic View!

This house is perfect for families! We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room. The view is incredible. The dock and all the floats made it so fun for all the kids. We can’t wait to go back.

Gorgeous views!

We had a great NYE weekend with family in this house. The lake/Mountain Views are spectacular and make you feel like you’re on a remote island. That said it is a bit of a drive from restaurants and stores but well worth it.

Spacious comfortable house with great views

Great house with easy gentle walk to lake and boathouse. Wonderful views and open floor plan with lots of space for everyone. Close to Mitchels marina for renting a boat. Comfortable beds with linens provided. Very clean. Exceptional customer service with any minor issues encountered. Would definitely stay here again.

Mountain Majesty

This property has one of the best views of SML in my opinion. The fire pit and hot tub got plenty of use as did the canoe. The house itself is on the dated side and there were a few things I think might enhance it. The drawers in the master bedroom had some old soap and papers in them which was a bit of a turn off. A new bathmat might help and the curtain rod fell a couple of times because the screw that holds it is striped (MB). The toilet seat in MB is loose. There were some light bulbs burned out. We couldn't get one of the burners on the stove to work and the trash compacter should be taken out. Some of the skillets should be replaced. Maybe refinish the top of the dining table (it's sticky). All in all these are minor issues that are easily corrected on this older home to make it a little more pleasant. But as I said, the view was everything. The weather cooperated for us and we had a good time.

Christmas at the lake

We had a great restful week together. It’s a beautiful place. We Accidentally burned the small plastic rake in the fire pit making sure the fire was out on a windy day. We purchased a new one as close as the same size as we could find and replaced it. Thank you

Amazing Place

My close friends and I wanted a nice quiet get away for Halloween after the crazy year that has been 2020. This house was AMAZING for three families, two of which had very young children. It had everything that we could possibly have hoped for. The view was stunning. The hot tub relaxing after a refreshing dip in the cold water of the lake. We absolutely LOVED our stay here and hope to visit again some day!

Mountain Majesty

We had a wonderful week at SML and enjoyed our stay at Mountain Majesty. The view and waterfront location were perfect. We lived outdoors playing games on the spacious deck, swimming off the large dock and boating every day. The house is a perfect set-up for multiple families with large, separated bedrooms, and 2 full living areas. When we arrived the property was clean and ready for us with plenty of linens for all the beds and baths. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you need to cook all of your meals. Full size washer and dryer for doing mid-week laundry were a bonus. Kids lived on the swimming dock and had fun playing food all in the family/gameroom upstairs. We could not have had a better vacation and are hoping to return next summer. Property owners were wonderful and quick to respond to questions and ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this wonderful lake home.

Best view on the lake

This house was great and the view was so incredible! Every morning it was so amazong to be greeted by that mountain. Lots of space inside but not much useable yard space. Only downsides (and maybe changed) are limited water access at the dock for kids and dogs. Secondly the grill grates were a mess, consider using tin foil. Although the grill is great, its just the part the food touches. All and all, highly recommend for the location and overall usefulness of the house.

We have never had a more relaxing time on vacation as this. Loved everything about this property, from the AMAZING view of the water and mountain to the comfort of the entire home. David was so accommodating and we look forward to returning!

Mountain Majesty is just the name

We loved it here the view was incredible and the house had everything we needed and more. We had the linen package and that was the only thing that was remotely disappointing about our property! Towels were too small and worn and the sheets were threadbare and stretched to the point that The fitted sheets did not stay in place! Maybe time for a linen update!

Amazing View!

Great stay at SML in a home with a million dollar view! The location on the lake was perfect for watersports and just swimming off the dock. David and Brenda were a pleasure to work with!

Location and view gorgeous, however the home very dated. Upkeep doesn’t appear to exist at all.

Rental agency wonderful to deal with and speak to. Cleaning service obviously does the best that they can.

Best Ever for My Family Needs

We rent 2-3 different houses around the lake each year. We have done this for more than 10 years. This is the best home bar none. Although not an ADA type house, it worked great for my daughter in a wheelchair. We were even able to get down to the boat dock. She loves boating! Only "hiccup" was, if I had not called the rental agency BEFORE we arrived, I never would have known how to get in the house. I recognize that these "virus days" are very out of the ordinary with respect to office staffing and schedules, but I really would have appreciated an early call or email from the rental agency letting me know that the key package was in the drop box. (The office was closing at 2 PM and I didn't arrive until 5 PM.) No real harm to my trip, but had I not called ahead, I would really have been upset if it took more than a few minutes to get the keys. Great place!

Million Dollar View

Very comfortable, roomy house. The owner is friendly and available for questions with an on site property management company for check in and any issues. The house was extremely clean and everything was in working order. I would highly recommend this house or the property management company.

Wonderful view and lakefront site

This home, Mountain Majesty, worked well for us since we had 8 folks from 4 households. Each had spacious bedrooms in separate parts of the house and no bedrooms even shared common walls! The lake is right down the slope and gorgeous from the deck.

Weekend Getaway

Our family (And 2 dogs!) had a great stay. We spent the whole weekend curled up by the fire or gazing out the windows. The view of the lake did not disappoint!
