Fun House

This property is made for fun for folks of all ages. From lake activities, to the game room, or the fire pit and horseshoes, this has something for everyone. The deck is perfect for sitting, relaxing and observing the neighborhood deer. Highly recommend it!

When I reserved the property, the title stated "sandy beach." There is no sandy beach as the entire shore is wrapped in rip rap. The property is now described as having a "natural beach." Also, the new paved path to the dock is described in the photos as being "gentle slope" and "moderately sloped yard." It is neither gentle nor moderate but a pretty steep 45 degree grade and closer to 50 degrees near the house. I had concerns that my guests would not be able to handle the hike and the process for getting a golf cart on short notice was prohibitive. Future stays will have a prearranged golf cart. The house was great. The location is great. My only issues were with the "beach" and access to the dock which are the main reasons for coming to Smith Mountain Lake.

Spacious, clean, good location

Full of amenities for relaxing and having fun in the house and on the water. Clean and spacious. The downstairs is perfect for teens to have their own getaway. Quiet cove, nice property in front and back of the house.
