I checked out shortly after arriving. My room didn't match my booking, and when I raised it, the staff was not very helpful and offered me to move to a different room only the following day. I had only booked three nights, so I chose to leave and book a different property instead. After a lot of back and forth, the hotel agreed to refund me. Also, be sure to check the minibar. When I got to the room, many items were missing, and the ones left were partially consumed. When I reported this, the front desk seemed unconcerned, and it took considerable persuasion before they would even look at the photos I had taken. To me, this suggests it happens often.
