"This property was under renovation while I stayed there and still managed to be absolutely amazing. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast at the restaurant was exceptional. It's location in Kona is fantastic too, both on the coast and in the heart of downtown, easy walking to lots of shopping and good restaurants. Highly recommend "

"We had a great experience. The apartment was on the first floor, which meant we didn't have to haul bags upstairs. The assigned parking space was convenient. We liked the fact that restaurants were within easy walking distance. The pool and hot tub were small but nice amenities. Our place was a large 1 bedroom condo but it had no kitchen table. The table was outside on the balcony facing the parking lot. Having said that, the kitchen countertop was o.k. for eating inside. We could not get any live TV shows that aired nationally but that was not one of our priorities.. One small detail could be improved. The apartment # was behind the metal screen door so it was impossible to see without opening the screen. I suggest the apartment # be displayed outside the door.Bottom Line: We were happy with our apartment and had a great experience."

"Beautiful location, easy walk and drive to multiple good bars and restaurants. Private beach was so convenient and I loved having the laundry service. "

"We had vacation plans change as storms on the island and at home changed our travel. IHG was available at very reasonable room rates. We were warmly welcomed and had great interactions with all staff members from the front desk to cleaners. The breakfast was good with nice options. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub was excellent! Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. It was a very good stay—especially given the circumstances!"

"Loved the location and classy touches by this host. If you are in Kona during a rare Kona low storm this was a great hideaway. Flooding all around and power outages too but we stayed high and dry in this cozy condo. Mahalo! "
