Large open plan living kitchen & dining with benefit of Tassimo coffee, designer inbuilt oven, microwave, hob, washer/dryer & dishwasher.


2 double beds, 2 baths (one en suite to master).

A front facing balcony, ideal for breakfast or sundowners.

Fluffy towels, crisp linens & toiletries provided.

Wifi, iron & board, hairdryer, cutlery crockery pans kettle toaster washer/dryer.

4th Floor (the building has 5 floors in total) with balcony, choice of lift and stair access.

1 private secure parking spot with ample (free after 6.30pm) on street parking right out front for additional vehicles.

Almost perfect

We had a couple of problems during our stay. Our hosts were on holiday in a rrmote part of the country so communication could be delayed because of poor mobile connection. However they curtailed their holiday and rectified matters as soon as they were able. I would certainly stay there again as The sawmill is very centraal, shops nearby and close to transport hubs. Highly recommmended despite the problems we had.

Neat, clean property very close to Hull's transportation center.

A neat and clean residence within walking distance of the Hull Paragon train/bus terminal. Very convenient to shopping, dining and sightseeing locations in Hull City Centre. Owner responded quickly to all correspondence.
