This Condo has been complete renovated and updated with new Kitchen, Bath , appliances and furniture . It is located in in a private double gated exclusive community that you will have exclusive access with no through traffic. Pal mas Del mar Resort has many things to offer including Many restaurants, , Golf , , Horse back riding , Private pool, Great walking sidewalks.
The amenities our villa has to offer are: TV with cable , Wireless Internet, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, Community pool , beach chairs.

Great stay in paradise!

Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location. Sitting on the patio was like being on the beach itself. The beach was nice and quiet, no crowds like at public beaches. The condo was bathed in sunlight, very clean, and fully equipped. Our only complaints were that the bed was so firm we didn't sleep the greatest. And the ants made it so you couldn't put your drink or plate down for more than a couple minutes without having to check what you were eating/drinking. All in all, we'd book again in a heartbeat.

Disappointing owner

Beaches at this condo are rough and very covered with seaweed. Extended electrical outage 22 hours, made our visit miserable:no air-conditioning, cooking, lites. We left but don't expect this owner to refund your unbearable days.

Paradise!

Our trip was the most perfect vacation we could have ever dreamed of. The property was exactly as described and more. We couldnt have asked for anything better. We loved having all the cookware in the kitchen especially after having a very successful fishing trip early in our stay. Greg was very responsive when we messed up our entry code-thank you for your patience with that Greg. We have already referred this property to several people. Thank you for a perfect stay.

This was just perfect for two

Beautiful area, felt very safe, great walking, view from lanai was perfect for breakfast. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Very pleasant drive to get there. VERY NICE. Again, stunning view!!!!

3rd Time Still a Charm

Couple 50-56 stayed Christmas Holiday week. This was my 3rd time visiting Greg’s unit, my 1st was a solo trip, 2nd & 3rd with girlfriend. See Previous reviews for more details. Sitting on the balcony any point in the day is an absolute joy from this spot.1.Beach access could not be better, just walk down two flights of stairs from your 2nd floor unit and maybe 15 steps to the beach access2.Beach waves for this trip were more like my 1st visit, a little more regular and less calm, but certainly enjoyable, rip current advisories were given in general weather updates, but this beach seemed mostly un-affected.3.Unit location is on the southern end of the beach and in last building along this stretch of sand, which I believe the best location, out of the way from the other buildings and access to Palmanova Plaza can be reached easily with a short walk down the beach and up a couple side streets, walking to shops and dining, how can you complain4.Kitchen has most everything needed, we added a pizza pan (had one last year?) and blender leaks a little, minor things and easily fixed with a quick trip to Walmart5.We did have one small issue with Internet on 1st day (area wide impact) and living room TV not working (last year bedroom TV broken), Greg is quick to respond and TV was replaced within 1 business day, I think the tropical weather is not favorable to some electrical units.6.Palmas del Mar, double gated community, very safe, Beach Village where this unit is located

Love it!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Greg's condo and as usual, it was a wonderful experience. We could just sit on the balcony and stare at the magnificent view forever. It is always clean and comfortable. What more could you ask for. We look forward to our next visit.

Perfect location for a comfortable PR stay

The condo was very comfortable, with a very serviceable kitchen and good air conditioning. The Palmas resort is a great home base to explore the island. We highly recommend Greg’s condo.

When visiting Puerto Rico we always stay at Palmas Del Mar.

The property was awesome. We especially enjoyed the marvelous ocean view. The only negative experience was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom and the fan was very loud, because of this, it was impossible to fully enjoy our stay. Restrictions on temperature controls was also a negative.

The Barbers

We absolutely loved this place! Only problem was we encountered a storm which took the power out for about a day and a half. The owner refunded us one day which we appreciate. It is very close to the ferry which was convenient. It’s about an hour to San Juan. We plan on returning.
