「Tv didn’t work. Area was loud. I ice maker. Pool was closed and staff didn’t know anything. When I asked if they had an icemaker or a good place to eat or direction somewhere, she didn’t know anything about the area.」

「Upon arrival today, both rooms had absolutely filthy sheets, stains everywhere, on all covers, on every layer. There was also a broken stair that caused one of our employees to slip and cause damage to our sensitive equipment. Checked out immediately and went to a real hotel. Refund for this room is pending. Will pursue legal action - and removal from Expedia - until the second hotel is also paid for. 」
