「This is a lovely little oasis with spacious, well-lit, clean rooms. The restaurant serves tasty home made food and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. My partner was feeling sick when we checked in so the staff took extra care of us - liaised with our driver to coordinate a change in our plans and even gave us some electrolytes to make sure he stays hydrated.

「Terrible experience with Hotel Stendel and Hotels.com.
Room 102 (Superior Hill View) was unlivable:
Crusted feces in the toilet, broken seat, cistern leaking water non-stop, and black hair all over the floor and shower drain (I have blonde hair).
The mirror was cracked and smudged, and there was a spider on the curtains.
An external generator ran right next to the room all night until 9 AM, making sleep impossible.
Hill View only overlooked parked cars and construction.
Front desk...
