“We rented Sam's home to host our family and close friends for my daughter's wedding reception. Everyone had plenty of space and slept comfortably. We used the patio for the wedding reception, and it was magical. Sam was flexible and very communicative, which is so important when hosting a wedding.”

“We have been visiting the PMC for quite sometime now. We love the small community, the friendly faces. The place denotes like a green place away from the city. It is just 51 miles away from my home but PMC is a retreat getaway for us. Peaceful and serene.. Love Mr. Joshua’s home. It is really roomy and well kept. Hope we left the place clean enough as we usually do in other homes. Thank you for accommodating us and our FurBaby..and till next time.”

“The cabin was exactly what we were looking for and more. It had all the accommodations for our large group and it was very spacious. The house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the near future. The host was amazing, responsive and provided detailed information when needed. A perfect getaway!”

“Quaint cabin nestled amid the pines-a nature-lover's dream come true. Went to bed admiring the starry night and woke up to the sounds of birds chirping, then headed out on a different hike each day. The hikes (and much more) are well desribed in the host's folder. The kitchen is well supplied and inviting to prepare your own meals throughout your stay. Overall cozy cabin interior (especially the downstairs). Hot shower and great-working heating system was a big plus for someone like me who is……

“This place is well located, especially with kids, you can walk everywhere in the small town you might want to go to; the pool, downtown for an ice cream, or the playground. The overall area is beautiful and very outdoorsy, we went hiking and saw lots of mountain bikers, runners, etc. The house is as advertised. The kitchen could use more dishes and serving platters/bowls, and the place was a bit grimy (as many rentals are). Overall we had a lovely stay. ”

“We enjoyed this large home with our large family. It was great to have space for parents, grandparents, and kids - indoors and outdoors. Heidi clearly defined the rules of the home, and was responsive to our questions. Although there was no air conditioning, with the breeze and fans going, we were able to keep the rooms cool. PMC is a great community to visit.”

“We stayed for just one night in our way to San Francisco but this was a great place for us to rest with our dogs. The house isnt fancy but is clean and very big! Way more space than we needed but we enjoyed the cool weather (15-20 degrees cooler than in the valley) and loved walking to the market and deli down the hill.”

“We traveled with two other families to a cozy cabin in the snow, and it was perfect for our group. Each family had their own full bathroom, which made everything so much easier. The downstairs area was spacious and felt like its own cabin, complete with a living room and kitchenette. Our kids chose to forgo the bunk beds and turned that space into a fort where they all slept together. They absolutely loved having their own little area, and the adults enjoyed the roomy living room, fireplace, and……

“Beautiful tree house cabin could use some cleaning though lots of spider webs indoor and outdoor carpet could use some steam cleaning had toe nail clippings found on floor by bed and was filthy. Dining table chairs not one was safe to sit on they were all unstable and 1 completely broken very unsafe. ”
