The perfect home for a large family gathering!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering for Christmas!! Lots of space inside and outdoors for being together as well as separation when desired. We’ll have to return !

Beautiful Inside & Out!

Can not speak enough kind words of this home and property. It was so perfect for our large family for this years annual trip to the hill country. The home was well stocked and beds were extremely comfortable. Outside area, especially the pool, were used for most of the day. Also spent lots of time in the river paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing! An absolute playground for all ages. Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family! We hope to return again next year and for many to come.

House has Everything!!!! Just bring your suitcase the rest is taken care of

June 17, 2025 We had three families at the River celebrating a 50th anniversary. This house has everything you would ever need. The kitchen had every appliance and then some-no need to bring a thing. There is a great outdoor kitchen/seating area where I could sit all day. It was so nice to watch the golf/soccer on the outdoor tv while cooking burgers. The ice machine/frig in the outdoor kitchen was so convenient. The pool and river toys (paddle boards/kayaks )were great fun!. Swim towels available. Even the dog had a good time and met a new terrier friend nextdoor. The inside of the home is lovely. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are all equipped with all the bath and body essentials and plenty of bath towels. PS-This home has all the baby equipment you will ever need. Peaceful riverfront

A gorgeous private waterfront property with lots to do including, swimming in the private infinity pool, kayaks and paddle boards. There was so much room to play frisbee, football and corn hole. The outdoor kitchen was beautiful and all of our 22 guests had actual beds to sleep on . It was perfect for our large group and beautiful too. What a fabulous place!
