“generally clean and good.
The pictures didnt ahow that the home was in fact 3 units with access only via deck.
Aircon in 2 units needed regassing. It was hot and made sleeping very difficult. There were other issues too.

“I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the condition of the property during our recent stay.Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed to find that the house was not clean. Most alarmingly, there were rat droppings present on the beds and kitchen benchtops. “We booked all the villas and the main retreat.
The villas were clean and spacious, beds comfy and all amenities provided for. They welcomed us with a bottle of Peter Drayton wines which we enjoyed immensely. The grounds and the estate were lovely to take a stroll in. The retreat house is located a bit further away from the villas and is about a 6 minute walk. The house is definitely older than the villas, but also clean and spacious.
