「The host was extremely efficient and responded to me very quick. I told him my family wanted to bbq and he went out and bought a brand new grill. The electricity in the area had unfortunately went out for few hours and I expressed my concern and he reached out to management to find out what was going on and how long it would be and relayed the info to me. 「The unit was beautiful. It was nice to each have our own bedroom and bathroom. Very clean and well decorated. Electric fireplace was great! We were quite disappointed with the hot tub situation. One of the reasons we chose this resort was bc of it having a hot tub. However, the one located behind our unit was closed due to repairs. We decided to try the other one located by the indoor pool, it was also not working. While that is not the fault of the owner it should be something a guest should be...

「We stayed at the condo while traveling for a baseball tournament. Everything in the condo is just as hoped. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. Owners really go way above and beyond to make your stay stress free and amazing. The location is tucked in the woods calm and peaceful for the most part. We stayed during building renovations which should be complete soon. The outdoor pool and restaurant are fantastic. You can take your pups to dinner on the patio. Everyonebis so friendly!...

The curtains on the windows were summer fabric and did not keep out the cold. ( it’s a ski resort on the top of a mountain/ cold) The cubby had its own window that you could feel the cold breeze off the window. The slider in the living area did not have curtains that closed only panels that did not fit. Not good for privacy. The only couch to sit...
