「I paid for a premium room & didn’t get it. I thought I’d be getting daily snacks and refreshments but instead I got 2 bottles of water and a bag of Cheetos at check in so I really should’ve just gotten the regular room and saved 300.00 there were a few things broken in our room upon arrival but besides that everyone was nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing especially the omelette station. Tiffany was such great help.」
