「I had an unpleasant experience at touchstone resort. I checked in and got a room. After a while, we realized that the kitchen sink is half filled w water and there is no water supply, the faucet is wrapped by a maintenance rag. We were shocked and we had to rush to the restaurant for dinner as it closes at 8pm. We reported it to the front desk before dinner, then they said they know and they need to move us to another room. 「Lovely position on the edge of the lake. Peaceful and comfortable lodge.
We stayed here out of season and will hopefully come back in the summer to enjoy the activities on the lake.

「The furniture wasn't comfortable at all and the one couch was ripped and the furniture and ladder is definitely not made for heavier people. Kids running around until 2am. My kettle caught on fire... which they replaced but no apologies. Also, i booked 3 nights and after 1 night i had to show my receipt that i was there for 3 nights. Overall everything was very clean but its not a place for me for what i paid.」

「The restaurant was excellent on site very friendly. The guys that run. The place are very nice too but communication is a challenge sometimes as the workers and general manager don’t speak English well but they do try. They’re also very accommodating room was quite cold when I got in broken thermostat, but they did their best to accommodate buildings are older on the outside and we’re surprisingly nice inside mattresses could’ve been a little more comfortable but overall finishing was...
