The manager blamed Expedia. The manger gave in partially and offered 1 x complimentary game drive, but this was not what we booked. Additional big negative. Room was also freezing. "Part of this hotel is under renovation. Improvements are being made but the service is excellent as provided by Dilan, the owner. This hotel has a huge lake right behind it and it is sanctuary to wild life. Very quiet and peaceful. I strongly recommend it."

"This is a primitive camping site. Yes the tent is large and there is an outdoor toilet and shower which is delightful but this is still just a camp site. No other facilities. There is no A/C and it can get quite hot in the tent. We had a wonderful candle lit dinner by the chef who also lit us a fire which was beautiful under the stars. Some holes in the tent need to be fixed due to mosquitos. "
