「Great location close to centre of town, super indoor pool and hot tub and excersize room」

「The hotel was conveniently located and reasonably priced. It was clean and well appointed and the management were friendly and helpful. However the only downside was that the wi-fi could not connect and we could not use our phones or tablets. We told management and they gave us alternatives, however, none of them worked. While it's not a huge issue, but rather inconvenient as there were a couple of things i needed to attend to, which i was not able to do.」

「Just a lovely place to call home for a few days, everyone is so friendly, we find the location to be central to everywhere we want to visit. Love the hot tub and sitting having a drink in the beautiful grounds. 」

「Attending Goderich for memorial of a friend who passed away suddenly. Normally check in is 4 pm. Wife wanted to find out if early check in was available in order to change before start of memorial which was at 3 pm. Called hotel diectly, explained situation and representative at front desk told us 230 p check in would be ok. Next day front desk told me check in not till 4 pm. Told him to check notes for check in, reluctantly he did and saw 230 time and said it was busy and earliest check in...

「We checked in pretty late due to traffic. But we had Wayne come out and give us the run down on the place. He didn't leave anything out. The communication with the host was unmatched. Super friendly and amazing the whole stay. If we needed anything they were there right away. The even brought out toys for our daughter to play with. Would definitely stay here again. 「This property is a dog owners dream! Huge fenced backyard so you don't have to have your pup on leash all the time and we had access to a private beach which my bulldog loved. We used the beach daily and never ran into another person on it. The town of Bayfield has water bowls for dogs outside most shops and again our bulldog was welcome most places in town. All of this made vacationing with our dog really easy - which was initially a worry of ours when booking time away from home.」

「It's an older country property, so I couldn't justify a 5 star rating for Property Condition & Facilities, so I gave a 4 star rating. But everything else was excellent. Friendly staff at check-in, even offered a room upgrade without charging more for a superior room! The room was very clean and comfortable, everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. The room price was quite reasonable and I'd go back again if we were in the area.」
