"the room was clean, tv worked but hdmi did not and while the staff did what he could helping to figure it out and even checked different rooms to see if the tv could connect to hdmi. it did not! which was disappointing but the effort was there and i can respect that."

"It is basically what you pay for. Not updated, but clean and "basic". We felt safe. Staff were all friendly and breakfast was standard but enough of what we liked. We had an issue with the t.v. not working and the door sticking, but weren't there long enough to put in the effort to get it resolved. Very convenient to Cedar Point."

"At breakfast this morning went to sit down and did not realize that the table was wobbly, so when I sat down I put my hand on the table and our food and drinks went all over the place. The staff was quick to help us clean up and tried to stabilize the table by putting folded up napkins under the legs when table should have been removed until it could be fixed."

"The room was clean. So all in all that was a plus. This hotel is very close to cedar point and is relatively reasonably priced. We booked here along with friends to utilize the outdoor pool area after soccer games which is beautiful. The pool was closed for no apparent reason. It looked beautiful and we called the day before just to check and they said yes it's open. So that was a huge let down.they did offer a pass to drive to hotel Breakers to use their pool. There is no breakfast at all. There is no coffee to purchase or for free. Would I stay here again, possibly."

"Don't come in May, you'll be attacked by tiny midge bugs. Bring earplugs because the train runs all night long. Bring your own toilet paper and tissues, as theirs are hard as a rock. The door wasn't flush and we smelled skunk. We had to cover the door with a blanket. There was little water pressure in the the shower. On the plus side, there was a nice mini-fridge and a charging bank for our phones. The staff were very nice. We appreciated them. We will not be back."
