Amazing retreat
Centrally located near Zion, desert gardens, Snow Canyon state park and amazing drive to Bryce Canyon. Definitely would reccomend if your looking for seclusion and convenience to NP around this area. We loved having a drink and watching the lizards and chipmumks on the back porch.

Amazing rental 30 min away from Mt Zion. Very clean and well maintained property. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Zion National Park
We really enjoyed our three nights. We were two couples in our 60s. We could have spent more time with all the trials around. The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed and more. The backyard view was beautiful! I was looking forward to star watching but it was a full moon while we were there and it was so bright it dulled the stars, but not complaining!! Brent was attentive and helpful!! Such a beautiful area!! Highly recommend!!!

Peaceful Mountain View
Wonderful home close enough to Zion for daily trips but far enough away from the busy towns. Great views from great room and kitchen of Zion in the distance. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom and fantastic shower with heaters. Hurricane fairly close for nice restaurants. Main Street Cafe is wonderful for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!

it was a great location close to zion. it had everything we needed. we also enjoyed seeing some free roaming cows from the back yard! easy check in process and good communication. would come and stay again.

Perfect Retreat
We had such a relaxing and memorable time at this property. We were able to watch the sun rise between the mountains each morning and star gaze at night. We had everything that we needed to be comfortable in the home, and the easy access to Zion was a plus. Brent and Laura were wonderful hosts—responsive and accessible, yet gave us the space and privacy to enjoy our stay. We’d love to come back again in the future!

zion scrambling
We are a group of close friends (old guys, age range 42 - 65) and climbers from New Hampshire. We fell in love with the place during our first stay in May of 2022. The location, the surrounding yard and connection to the fields beyond are special. It works perfectly as our base camp for climbing/scrambling adventures in Zion and great to be away from the crowded town of Sprindale. We're already scheming for our return trip!

Family Trip to Zion
It was our first trip to this part of Utah so we weren't really sure about where to stay, and this house was perfect for us. About an easy 30 minute drive to Zion and minutes away from Gooseberry Mesa for mountain biking. House was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. For us the location was great, slightly secluded, quiet and amazing views/sunrises. All questions/communication with owners were answered quickly. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay again!

50th Wedding Anniversary trip for two couples

Perfect Utah Getaway
This property is located in a fantastic location to hit multiple "once in a lifetime" moments that will leave you hoping for a return trip in the future. A couple hours drive will get you to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and Zion is really just a stones throw away. Easy drive in from Vegas with a spectacular scenic drive. This experience exceeded my expectations as a first time user of VRBO. The home was immaculate and waiting for my family with fresh linens, towels, some hygiene products, access to a washer and dryer, and so much more. Truly everything your family would need for a successful and memorable trip. Not to mention the gorgeous back patio with the breathtaking views. Our family is so thankful!

Quiet Getaway
The house was perfect for my family of 5. At first I was somewhat concerned about the lack of things to do in the immediate area but none of that mattered. The house had everything we needed from a pantry full of staples to shampoo and conditioner. Check in and out was easy and we would definitely stay again!

Fantastic experience
Fantastic stay - I will get right down to the point. Beautiful and clean house. Very nicely decorated in a modern mid century style. Three large bedrooms. Big windows to see the incredible view. Well equipped kitchen. Large pantry with condiments and some dry goods. Nice linens, comfortable beds and good pillows. The house is very private and the surroundings quiet. Big patio with patio furniture and a fire pit. I have no complaints and I would love to stay here again. Brent was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great home base for trips to Zion and surrounding areas. A little bit of a drive to Zion but I loved the scenery so we didn’t mind. Thank you for the hospitality.

Amazing place
I stayed here with my parents and son for a week to visit the local sites (Zion, Bryce, Red Canyon, etc). The place was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and the views off the back porch were amazing at sunset. The location is very convenient to many popular areas and in my opinion worth the small extra drive time compared to staying in a hotel in Springdale. We had wonderful evenings relaxing in the house after a day of touring. The host was fantastic and quick with communication. Definitely one of the best Vrbo I have ever stayed at.

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed. Gorgeous sunsets from tha back patio. Comfortable and well designed layout - comfy beds! We were a distance away from the parks so we did a lot of driving but we knew this ahead of time & it was worth the peace & quiet. We would highly recommend this property!

Highly recommend this VRBO!
We have been using VRBO for years, and would definitely add this property to those we highly recommend. Good location for Zion National Park, but away from the crowds of Springdale. Wonderful views at sunrise and sunset, and a great backyard for star gazing. The best stocked pantry of staples we have ever come across, plus plenty of towels, toiletries, and nice touches like a pair of binoculars. Brent responded very quickly to any communications, which I appreciated as a planner. Would book again.

AMAZING
Amazing views outside in the back. Watched the sunrise every morning with my coffee. Sat outside in the evening with our kids and was able to do a fire and explore the expansive backyard. Very private in the front and backyard. Absolutely perfect. Clean and roomy home. Very comfortable for a family of 5! Loved the washer/dryer and minimalistic decor in the home. Allowed for us to spread out and spread our stuff out too! We were able to comfortable eat/grill in the evenings. If we are ever back in Utah, we will be staying here! We LOVED it and were sad to leave!

Fantastic Place!
An incredibly great place to stay for visiting Zion and the surrounding area. The house is so comfortable and the view from the patio is almost beyond description. It was wonderful to just relax at the end of the day and enjoy the view. The owners were courteous, cooperative and communication couldn’t have been better. Great Home Base for Zion NP Adventures
We stayed at Brent’s place for the last two nights of a two-week Southwest road trip visiting national parks. It was perfect—close enough to Zion for us to get into the park early, but far enough that we were well away from the crowds in Springdale. The desert decor and beautiful metal prints of many of the places we’ve visited served to remind us of our trip, and having separate bedrooms allowed us space to decompress as we prepared to fly back home to the East Coast. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The beautiful mesas visible from the back patio and master were the icing in the cake. Would love to stay again if we’re in the area!

The stocked mini fridge and pantry, full of condiments and food was a big plus! We enjoyed the back patio, and the amazing scenery every afternoon. No need to go to restaurants when you have a kitchen like this!
