“Marcus was a great host who went above and beyond. My daughter left her cell phone at the property and we didn't even realize it until Marcus contacted us. We were over 2 hours away on our way home. He shipped the phone to us so we didn't have to add 4 more hours to our 9 hour drive home. The property was very beautiful and unique & had everything we needed. Thank you Marcus!”

“Lets start with pros. Host was phenomenal, price was fairish. Location is in the center of Folsom and within walking distance of the park. Cast iron tub is cool. They allow large dogs with 75 dollar fee. Cute layout.Cons: Counted five roaches in the first five minutes. Later greeted by termites too.Front blinds are broken. The floor sags underfoot in hall and bathroom(Im 6ft 200lbs). Mold is growing in the bathroom. Bathroom has no vent fan. Would stay there again if there was a vent fan in the……

“Quiet and peaceful place. Beautiful cabin. Beds were super comfy! Had a wonderful time! ”

“The host was great and responsive, however the units just need some TLC. One unit had not been cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke and one of the bed’s linens had not been washed. Cleaning services came out to replace the sheets within 30 minutes, so that was good. But the smoke smell was bad enough that I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and fabric febreeze to make it through the night. The other unit we stayed in did not have any odors but could have used a cleaning as well. ”

“The host was very helpful ahead of our stay by sharing more details about the kitchen ahead of our Thanksgiving stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the place was spacious for our family. While we didn't get to use the pool, the screened in porch was a really nice way to enjoy the fresh fall air along with the firepit. ”
