「Fantastic location to see a UT football game. A welcoming host. Suggestion: since the door lock was mentioned several times, can the door lock be replaced to avoid an accidental lockout? Also, the shower head was dripping even after the hot and cold water were turned off.」

「The house was as described. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. A 10min drive to anything on the east side of Austin. We didn’t cook but could have with the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the privacy and space. 」

「The host was very welcoming. The cottage was very attractive and the host included many additional amenities. It was a short walk to the historic Georgetown Square which includes many restaurants and boutique stores. Definitely recommend.」

「Well stocked for our stay, clean, and prepared. Centrally located to downtown, close to trendy bars. Wonderful fenced courtyard w fire pit and grill. Complaints: The beds were sub par with thin mattresses, and creaky beds. Surrounding Street was sketchy with vacant houses, homeless presence, and broken down cars. Mattresses and trash piled on the sidewalks and alley. Alley and entry parking was extremely tight.」
