Perfect house for our vacation

Lewis Bay Getaway truly felt like home with every amenity we could want or need. The location near the harbor was convenient and we enjoyed several restaurants close by. Tugboats, Spanky’s and Baxter’s were all great. Our family loved this cozy and clean property…it was the perfect size for our family of 4.

Great Place to Stay

The house was perfect for my family of 4 plus family dogs. You can walk to Hyannis and also a local beach at the end of the main street where you can watch the ferry's come in. It's super close to Baxters and the Black Cat. The kitchen had everything we needed and I love that they actually have cable TV, which is not always the case. The owner was very responsive and really pleasant to talk to.

Great Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Frank and Adriana’s home. Everything was clean and we had just what we needed. Having only one bathroom upstairs was tough at times but overall the house had plenty of space for our family of 4. The location of the house was so close to everything which was a huge plus. Frank and Adriana were also very communicative and always responded to our questions quickly. Highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing stay! The house was comfortable and very clean. The decor was warm and inviting. Adriana and Frank were friendly, easy to reach and responded promptly to all questions we had. Our dog enjoyed the house as well, especially the outdoor space! Thank you again, Adriana and Frank!

Great girls weekend

The house provided the perfect cape experience for people who have never been. The house was set with everything one would need and Trader Joe’s is a short drive away. We had to hunker down for an impending storm but never lost power. Recommed The Pearl in wellfleet for food and drink or stop by the local pub at trader Ed’s. The bathroom could use some attention but the remainder of the house was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a college girls reunion.

Girls trip

4 adults stayed here and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bathroom was upstairs which may be inconvenient for some since one of the bedrooms was downstairs, but we had no issues with it. Being from Oklahoma we were surprised there was no a/c, only heat. Luckily the weather was beautiful while we were there and we did not need to ask for the window units to be installed. The area seemed safe, the neighbors were helpful. We were walking distance to the marina. We would stay again.

Cute!

Clean, organized and almost everything was perfect! The outdoor shower did not work and was difficult to clean up after beach time. Tub(indoor) shower handles are really hard to work. I think a simple touch of lubricant would help. At first I didn’t think it would work at all. I only tell you since with the hospitality business if you don’t squawk items they may not get fixed for the next guest. Thank you to the owner-and we had fantastic weather too!

We had a wonderful and relaxed vacation at Frank and Andrea’s home. Bayview Beach which is right down the street is a small, beautiful, and calm spot to get away from it all! We enjoyed the many restaurants as well-seafood in this area top notch! It was also nice that we could bring our boston terrier with us!

Unpleasant for a stay during the winter. If heat was set to keep downstairs comfortable, the upstairs was uncomfirtably hot. Had to open windows. So much in drawers and cabinets, no place to store items. TVs were horrible to utilize. Felt like a cheap flip. Realtor information left out with note about camera surveillance which made us feel uncomfortable. We left early.
