「Familiar hotel 」

「The check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. Both are typically listed on the property description and would have been good to know before booking. 」

「This is a really lovely spot, spacious common area (kitchen & living room), and nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a fabulous location across from the beach. We were in town for a wedding & rented two units in the building for extended family, which worked out really well. Everything was as pictured; note is that one bedroom is only accessed through the bathroom or another bedroom, but that was not a problem for us. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions...

「Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!」

「Great location. Worked out perfectly for myself and two kids (12 & 9). Walking distance to town. Inside was a cozy size and everything was updated. Well stocked with household stuff (though we only stayed one night and didn’t use much!). My son and I threw the ball around in the backyard for a bit too. Thanks again! Fun place to make memories!」

「The place was adorable and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, to an amazing little bakery and it gave us great access to our weekend of wedding events.Irene had suggested sunset at Mayflower Beach and it was spectacular. We will be back in the future.」
