  • 28m2 air-conditioned apartment located in a wooded park, just 50 meters from the beach in Hyères, on the Gien peninsula. Private beach and direct access to the beach of La Badine. The gentle and gradual slope of the Badine swimming area, combined with a sandy bottom, offers a safe entrance to the water, ideal for young children. The apartment, on the first floor, includes a bedroom with a bed of 140 x 190 cm, as well as a living room equipped with two single sofa beds (80 cm x 190 cm), which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The loggia offers additional space with garden furniture, ideal for outdoor dining. The secure and gated residence has a heated swimming pool (May to October), a wading pool for children, as well as private parking available to its residents. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with free and unlimited Wi-Fi (fiber), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave-grill, Nespresso, Sodastream... and a set of household utensils.
    Linen and towels not included: The concierge service can provide them: 20€ for a double bed kit (sheets & towels) and 10€ for the single bed kit (to be specified before arrival)

Superbe endroit, le site est préservé proche des sentiers de randonnées. La résidence est au cœur d’un magnifique jardin. L'appartement est confortable est très bien équipé, très agréable en Rez de jardin avec la terrasse. Cerise sur le gâteau, le propriétaire est attentionné et très sympathique.
