「We initially booked a 2 bedroom appart but when we checked in we found strange smell. We reported that and we got a bigger 3 bedroom without additional changes. They need to perform routine check of the units and not let customers go through unpleasant surprises. The lady in the reception was so helpful and responsive whenever we called her even late evening and the security guy was also helpful and kind.」

Les chauffeurs ne savent pas où se trouve l'adresse un peu compliquée à repérer. Aussi, cette maison d'hôtes se trouve proche d'une évacuation d'égouts et les odeurs peuvent être désagréables. 」

Sin embargo, el hotel no cumple con lo que se espera de un establecimiento de cuatro estrellas. Durante los cinco días de nuestra estancia hubo falta de toallas, y tuvimos que bajar en varias ocasiones a recepción para conseguirlas. El desayuno fue muy sencillo y repetitivo, y el estado de limpieza de las sábanas era bastante normal, sin destacar especialmente.」

「This six room boutique Hotel was simply incredible. It is important to know that you are in the Medina, the Old City. It is chaotic, raw, busy and not easy to navigate in terms of accessing the property. That said if you are looking to experience the “old city”, this property will be your luxurious retreat in the middle of it all. Let me start with the wonderful staff that took care of us while we were there. Jawad and Abdullah (and other staff) treated us with a level of service and kindness...
