「A wonderful,cosy ,comfortable cottage with everything you could need for a short stay.local pub 31 is a very friendly place to go for a drink,sadly do not serve food.lots of places to visit,Rye is very quirky and lots of shops Camber sands is only a short drive away and a fantastic beach to exercise your dog.The secure garden at New Hope is a welcoming pleasure to have when holidaying with your dog.Cannot fault New Hope 」

The property is extremely dated and dirty. The furnishings in communal areas were torn, threadbare, stained, dirty and smelly. The carpets were dirty, covered in dog and human hair. There was mould above the shower and dirt and mould under the sink. The areas around the toilets were soiled with rusted old urine splashes.
