Great property for 3 families!

Stayed here in January with 3 families with kids ranging from ages 3-6. The house is beautiful and has plenty of space for kids and adults. The outdoor area is large with plenty of seating. The bunkroom for the kids was excellent and it was great it had its own bathroom. Bedrooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again and recommend for groups needing 3 bedrooms for adults bunkroom for kids.

House is beautiful with everything you might need

Property manager Answered all my questions promptly. House is not on a main road so it is quiet and peaceful. There is still construction going on in the neighborhood but not close to this property.

Great Family Vacation

Sparrow’s Nest was the perfect house for our family vacation. We came from Austin. Houston and North Carolina and were 6 adults and 2 kids, ages 4 and 2. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked dinner there every night. The kids loved their bunk room, as well as the games upstairs and the play set out back. We ate all of our meals at the outside table. We had a fire in the firepit every night and ate a lot of s'mores! We had a small issue with an outside light being out, and called the management company and it was replaced very quickly and courteously. We made a lot of memories in this beautiful house and Broken Bow.

It’s always a blast when we go to Broken Bow. The people in the town are very friendly and welcoming. My mother loves this cabin and ask could she have it every year as a b day gift.

PRO: Awesome Cabin, Well organized Kitchen, Responsive Management CON: Dirty sheets, Moldy Wash Machine, Some nasty towels Just needs a little TLC to be great. Given what we paid for a week long stay supplies were scarce. One roll of paper towels for the week! :)

We really enjoyed our time there.

We really enjoyed our time there. I did a lot of reading in the chairs in the corner. Perfect little area. Loved how everyone had their own bathroom space. Fire place was amazing. Appreciated the QR code walking us through the technical stuff. Loved the huge comfy dining table and the cozy couches. Just very cozy and welcoming. Everyone was helpful and nice. Great communication through email and we did have to call one time with an issue about the hot tub. Very friendly and walked my husband through it over the phone.

Beautiful cabin with everything we needed for our stay. Spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was very well equipped. Hot tub was great, kids loved the play set and fire pit. Nothing was lacking. It was a great family vacation in a beautiful cabin. There were 6 adults, and 2 young children. The cabin suited us perfectly. Communication was great, booking was easy. Emails were sent with directions to cabin and a list of what was provided, and what we needed to bring. There was a light fixture that was not working near the grill that we needed to use, and we called management. The response time was great and it was just a light bulb that needed to be replaced. An electrician was sent out to look at light that was not working. The management company owner came out as well to talk with the electrician. and was very friendly.

The property was lovely.

The property was lovely. We had an issue with the refrigerator water and ice maker not working. Response time was excellent. We chose to work around it and have it repaired after we left due to pandemic. It was no real issue for us. Love the house. Perfect for our family. Everyone I interacted with was responsive and very professional. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Sparrow’s Nest to anyone looking for a great place to stay in a beautiful setting.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful! It had everything we were looking for.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful! It had everything we were looking for. The area is so peaceful...took daily morning walks, saw a few deer and had nightly bonfires in the fire pit.
