Super Lage

Lage hervorragend, Wohnung (Grundriss) sehr gut, Wohnungszustand schlecht (Badezimmer Armaturen, Mischbatterie, Fliesen, Wohnraum einige Steckdosen-Blenden). Großer Mangel am TV Gerät ist die Buchse für das Kabel ausgebrochen. Der Schaden (TV Gerät) sowie eine nicht gereinigte übergebene Wohnung wurde an den Agenten und Vetmittler in deutschenglisch/dänisch per sms/email mitgeteilt. Bis heute keine Nachricht/Entschuldigung/Entschädigung erhalten. Ungeachtet dieser Missstände wird überlegt, das Appartement für nächstes Jahr zu buchen. Die Lage und die Wohnung selbst für und optimal!

Gute Zeit am Meer mit mangelhafter Kommunikation

Die Lage der Unterkunft und die Aussicht sind wirklich erstklassig! Die Unterkunft selbst ist schön und in gutem Zustand. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Eine Kommunikation mit Novasol am Ankunftstag (Samstag) war quasi nicht möglich. Leider hatte sich unsere Anreise etwas verspätet (19:00) und es gab keine erreichbare Telefonnummer vor Ort und keine Info zur möglichen Abholung der Bettwäsche (in Marielyst) nach Büroschluss. Selbst die Öffnungszeiten waren vorher online nicht angegeben. Die Notfallnummer war nicht erreichbar! Wir haben dann zufällig die Box mit der Wäsche hinter dem Gebäude entdeckt. Dies ist ein vollkommen unakzeptabler Zustand!
