Little Dairy Haven is a cozy studio that provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a plush queen bed. The kitchenette features a microwave, a hot plate, a standard coffee maker, and a mini-fridge. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and a TV, though please note the Wi-Fi is best for light browsing (a hotspot is recommended for streaming or video calls). The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a skylight, letting you gaze at the clear blue sky while you relax. Outside, the fenced-in yard allows your furry friend to enjoy the space alongside you. The hot tub, available year-round, is the perfect way to unwind no matter the season. Located in a historic farmhouse village dating back to the late 1920s, Little Dairy Haven is just a short 5-minute scenic walk through towering pines to town. This property has everything: charm, romance, modern amenities, a great location, and a meaningful history.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

Parking: Free parking is available for 1 vehicle (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2, we no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: There is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces) if available. Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.
