Das Hotel ist außergewöhnlich. Haben sogar ein upgrade auf Junior Suite bekommen. Wir waren von Anlage und Umgebung sehr beeindruckt. Zumindest im Mai leider ein beliebtes Hotel für junge Familien mit Kleinkindern. Dies machte sich vor allem am Pool , Frühstück &Abendessen bemerkbar. Erholungssuchende sollten diese Jahreszeit eventuell meiden.

Very well kept, high standard cleanliness, impeacable warm staff from the first moment we arrived until our departure. All inclusive buffet had a very good variety of choices, well presented and tasteful. The a la carte was good yet buffet was a winner for us. Rooms very clean, decent space for storage. Comfy beds and pillows, ar con not noisy and quickly got to nice temperatures. Mini bar could have better cooling. Rainfall shower was great. Smart TV worked well to watch Netfilx. Overall we loved our stay, just as seen on line and would easily book again for 5 stars luxury service and accomodation.

The hotel is stunning and the staff are exceptional but as a couple without children the screaming kids ruined it. The pool and buffet areas are far too small and incredibly noisy and busy. My partner is a school teacher and we have no choice but to go away during school holidays so we were expecting children but we didn’t think them banging on our door and running down the corridors screaming at 11.30 at night was acceptable. The other guests are mainly entitled well heeled brits. We paid for a swim up pool and this gave us some privacy and peace but came at a cost. Lovely hotel but too busy

une superbe vue dégagée sur la mer, une grande piscine agréable, ainsi qu’une chambre très confortable avec une literie de qualité. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés en chambre avec piscine privative, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus exceptionnelle. Le personnel est efficace, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui fait vraiment la différence. Quelques points à améliorer : le calme de l’établissement est parfois perturbé par le bruit des enfants, et il ne revient pleinement qu’après leur départ. Il serait intéressant de prévoir des espaces ou aménagements spécifiques pour les familles afin que les couples en quête de repos puissent profiter d’une atmosphère plus sereine. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour très agréable que nous recommandons.
