「Helpful to know that you are only renting one bedroom of the apartment. Pictures showed the balcony but that is shared with other apartment renters. View from our room (and the shared patio) was stunning. Beds were comfortable and AC was enough even during a heat wave. Walking distance to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Best part was the owner helped us secure a driver for our trip, which was so helpful!」

「A great place with great people. Location is ideally located across the street from a free beach and Port with shops. The front desk staff were very nice, helpful and introduced me to a taxi driver who was available most of mt stay. They even arranged airport pick up. Definitely recommend. Plus there was breakfast and the rooms are a great size.」

「We had night flight arrived Rome and arranged pick up in advance with the host, Mr Leandro. He gave us very clear details re our meeting point. Right after we arrived the meeting spot, he greeted us with his friendly smile. Upon arrival the guest house, he explained clearly incl breakfast, doors locks.. fire escape route as well. 「The Guest House is less than 3 km from FCO (Rome’s international airport). The problem is getting there. Taxis refuse to take you there. Taxis wait for 50 Euro fares to central Rome. So the only way to get to and from the Guest House is to rebook transport through the hotel’s service.」
