Chambre très jolie, petit déjeuner délicieux avec beaucoup de choix, personnel très sympathique. Le restaurant Heritage m’a un peu moins plu, malgré des prix très raisonnables. L’un des serveurs sentait la sueur et chaque fois qu’il nous servait, c’était un peu désagréable. Pour le reste, tout était parfait.

Un très bel hôtel très bien entretenu et très propre

The property was recently upgraded. Incredible staff. The restaurant on the premises is aiming to become Michelin-starred. Breakfast experience is a must. Incredible view from the hotel overlooking the Douro River. 16 rooms total. The only issue that I have personally experienced is the air conditioner. Hopefully, the hotel at some point will address this issue. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.
