“Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. A variety of foods. We were on C side. With pool view and it was lovely. Hotel seems to be doing some well needed upgrades. But delta clean and safe. And beach front. Similar vibes to Mexico. As a Canadian. ”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it felt much closer to a 3-star experience than the advertised 4 stars. For a property charging over $250 per night, the overall value and quality were disappointing. One major issue was the TV entertainment. There were virtually no channels available , not even basic local channels. The only option was to log into Netflix or other streaming services using your personal account, which can be difficult or impossible for international travelers……

“Spacious very clean room, coffee maker,hot water boiler was well appreciated. Comfortable bed, beautiful seaview. Great breakfast buffet. Food ordered from the restaurant was delicious and affordable. Beautiful beach and pool. Staff at front desk, kitchen and housekeeping are very polite,helpful and goes above and beyond. Special thank you to the Manager who allowed us early check in, Chris who gave us a tour. David,Arman and the restaurant team are great workers.”

“Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. ”

“well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated……

“Booked 3 rooms for 1 night as we were needing somewhere to stay overnight before continuing further up north, but there were a lot of things that went wrong. To start, one of the rooms prior to checking in were left open. You would think that by adding the number of people staying per room, this would indicate how much toiletries to put in each room (towels, toothbrushes, etc.). This was not the case and we had to ask for additional towels for a room that is supposed to accommodate 4 people.……
