After being separated from my relatives in the Philippines for 2 years due to the pandemic, we were all excited to reunite for a trip to Iloilo. This was our first trip there and definitely a lifetime experience that I will treasure along with the many happy memories that were made. The accommodation which Chito's hotel provided included cleanliness, attentive staff and just overall the ambiance eliminated all of the stress that my family had felt during the pandemic. I will be recommending this accommodation to all of my friends and family, so they themselves can experience the unique warm reception which Chito's Hotel brings.

Good stuf, bad hotel

Otel Hakkında soyliyebilecegim tek iyi şey çalışanların yardımsever, guleryuzluler olmaları. Air Condition çok gurultulu çalışıyordu gece kapatmak zorunda kaldım. Banyoda sıcak su yoktu, dursun bulundugumu musluklar surekli akti. Klozetin altından sular geliyordu. Oneriyorum. People, who are working there very friendly, helper and polite. Air condition was working very bad and it was making noisy. It disturbed me. No Hot water and All taps are broken and bathroom was getting wet. I do not reccomend you to stay there.

Appaling stay

Calcite deposits in shower, no food variety for breakfast, unknowledgeable staff. Uncomfy room. Overall, would not stay here or recommend. Not worth at all.

We had a long trip with 2kids. Upon arriving the hotel, I showed our online booking confirmation unfortunately the receptionist said we dont have a reservation and they are fully booked. I said i pay online with the amount of 2,500 for 1night. I asked the F.O what do they usually do in this kind of situation? And she said "We turned down the guest".. So disappointed we waited for almost 1hr..Thankfully they provided us a smaller room (1,500) but not the room type i booked though..but good thing they didnt charge us for the extramatt and the additional bfast.. But some of the staff are helpful like kuya guard and housekeeping :)
