"I could not even check in and had to find a different hotel at 10 pm. They said they would send check in instructions that would have a QR code, but that never happened. The reservation numbers I did receive were all denied by the check in system. I called the hotels contact number 3 times for it to never be picked up. I messaged the hotel and 3 days later still no response. I found a different hotel and contacted Expedia about all this and they also weren’t able to get ahold of the hotel."

"The bathroom faucet had broken hot water so all you could get was cold. I had to leave for the airport early, before breakfast time, so there was no coffee available. Other less high star rated places I’ve stayed in had a keurig in the room and an nespresso machine or something self-serving in the lobby. Not this place. All they had was a water boiler and powdered instant in the room. Not at all what I would have expected from a place like this. Hot coffee in the morning for guests does not seem like too much to ask. "

"Nice big room with 4 double beds, small kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine and toilet. The shampoo, body soap was good quality. Place is near the Ropponmatsu metro station, just a 3 min walk away, so it is very convenient. There are some eateries nearby. Check-in is only available from 1500 via the ipad at the ground floor. Happy with this place."

"Absolutely would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic, or even family get away at a great value. The villa we stayed in was Tsutsuji (sp?). It was much more than expected. Clean, comfortable beds, very nice indoor soaking tub and outdoor jetted tub. Needed Google translate to figure out tub and bidet controls. Multilingual instructions on operation would've been helpful. No microwave in room. The plan included Japanese BBQ dinner and breakfast for two. Yakiniku platter was plentiful with a nice variety (though wife would've liked more veggies). Please note: the park's walkways are hilly and steep. Scooters are available for those with mobility issues; check with park for details; the bus stops and shops in the park close around 5:30 pm."

"Comfortable accomodation for 2. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable (a little on the softer side). We could easily prepare breakfast in the morning with the small kitchen as well. The bus stop is very close by, as is a large 7-11. And we were also able to rent bikes for the day from this accomodation, which we really enjoyed! Check-in worked exactly as described. Recommended!"
