The property is modern, large and well laid out. It sits well away from the centre of Imola in a residential area, on the corner of a main road. Having the windows open meant you heard a lot of road noise. You really need a car to be able to access this property, although there is a very good supermarket/shopping mall just up the road. The aircon wasn't working while I was there, it was 34 degrees outside. I left a day early to avoid sweating another night away.
