A bright home where Liguria is truly lived: outside the windows, the silence of the hills; all around, only sky, sea and pure relaxation.
Modern apartment of approx. 60 sqm, in a recent and well-maintained residence, featuring 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and two fully equipped private terraces. It can accommodate up to 6 guests:two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), plus a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The residence offers outdoor spaces designed for leisure time: children's playground area, garden and communal barbecue. Guests also have access to a condominium swimming pool, private parking on the property, laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, television, independent heating, air conditioning, wi-fi internet connection and hairdryer. Pets are not allowed.
We are in Imperia, approx. 4 km from the Borgo del Parasio and from the city centre, in a quiet location close to charming sandy beaches and to the wonderful sea of the Riviera dei Fiori.
For bike and E-bike lovers, there is a charging point for electric cars, bikes and scooters inside the private parking area, available with a small extra fee.
Perfect for families, couples or friends who seek a peaceful holiday, with all comforts, away from the noise yet close to everything that makes a stay in Western Liguria unique.

Das WiFi funktionierte an insgesamt 5 Tagen überhaupt nicht, der Vermieter bemühte sich angeblich, aber erfolglos. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur als Ventilator und kühlte überhaupt nicht. Die Wohnung zwar modern, aber sehr nüchtern und sehr spärlich in der Küche ausgestattet. Die Anfahrt ist extrem steil und die Parkplätze sind sehr eng.
