Ruhe nach dem Trubel

Wir haben die ruhige Lage sehr genossen,nachdem wir einen Großstadt-Urlaub davor hatten. Wanderwege direkt vor dem Haus. Ruhige Lage. Den lauten Bach, welcher einem Entspannung vermittelt. Großes Appartement. Ja das Bett knarrt und ist durchgelegen. Ja der Kopfteil der Couch ist nicht optimal, aber die Kinder haben super toll geschlafen. Die Bettwäsche war kuschelig und gemütlich. Ja es gibt keine super voll ausgestattete Küche, wie man sie zu Hause hat- aber es ist alles soweit vorhanden, dass man wunderbar ausreichend kochen kann. Und ja, ein Holzboden knarrt nunmal. Wir waren super happy in diesem alten Bauernhaus, welches wunderbar hergerichtet wurde. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert.

Für den Preis voll ok!

Die Wohnung war für den Preis vollkommen angemessen und in Ordnung! Der Garten konnte leider nicht genutzt werden, obwohl er auf den Bildern zur Wohnung immer wieder auftaucht. Ansonsten darf man akustisch nicht sehr empfindlich sein, da der Fluss extrem laut ist. Ansonsten tolle Aussicht vom Balkon!

Sölden geht auch ruhig und gemütlich

Kleine, gemütliche FeWo mit sehr netter und immer erreichbarer Vermieterin. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die durchgelegene Matratze im Schlafzimmer. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bushaltestelle in 2min erreichbar. Der Ort ist ein angenehm ruhiger Kontrast zum pulsierenden Sölden, das aber trotzdem in wenigen Min erreichbar ist. Ein kleiner Spielplatz ist 5min von der Unterkunft entfernt, haben wir häufig nach Ausflügen besucht. Gerne wieder!

Entspannter Urlaub mit allem was man braucht

Waren zu viert im Wander-/Radurlaub in Zwieselstein. Hat sowohl von der Lage als auch von der Wohnung her sehr gut gepasst. Die Wohnung selbst ist auch für vier Personen gut geeignet sofern man kein Problem damit hat, im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Bardzo ładnie położone miejsce w spokojnej wiosce,z widokami. Kameralnie,apartament bez sąsiadów i natłoku. Blisko przystanku autobusowego i miasta. Prywatny parking. Stosunek ceny do jakości. Spełnia moje wymagania. Przydatne informacje język tylko lokalny ale bez problemu bez jego znajomości można się porozumieć. Oszczędne środki higieniczne.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Ideal für Familien mit 2 kleineren Kindern. Ideal zu beiden Skigebieten gelegen, nur ein ganz kurzer Weg nach Sölden. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr gut gedämmte Fenster, man hört von außen so gut wie nichts. Das einzig negative was man sagen kann ist, dass das Elternbett bei jeder Bewegung knarrt. Wenn sich einer bewegt, ist der andere wach! Hier sollte dringend in ein neues Bett investiert werden. Ansonsten würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sehr sauber und die Vermieter waten wirklich super lieb!!! Von der größe war es ausreichend für uns vier. Die einzigsten Kleinigkeiten die ich wenn überhaupt zu bemängeln hätte - Ein Toaster wäre schön!! - Der Kühlschrank hat leider nicht richtig gekühlt. - Vor dem Haus selbst tobt die Ötztaler Ache die wirklich sehr laut ist. Die Fenster sind allerdings super Issoliert!!! Alles in allem eine super Wohnung. Sehr zu Empfehlen!!!

Was ich vermisst habe war ein Lappen zum Abwaschen 🤷🏼‍♀️ man möchte ja auch die Gegenstände die man benutzt wieder sauber machen. Dieser ist aber im Preis nicht enthalten. Muss man sich entweder mitbringen oder kaufen. Genauso wie Handseife im Bad... sind irgendwie Dinge die für mich selbstverständlich sind und dazu gehören ( die ich bisher auch immer Vorort hatte ). Das Bett knarrt wirklich bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung. Alles im allen ist die Wohnung aber gut.

Brak papieru toaletowego. Padało dużo śniegu (przez dwie doby po 20 cm), a nikt nie odśnieżył dojścia do apartamentu i do auta. Z niewiadomych przyczyn ostentacyjnie odgarnianiano śnieg wokół domu i na parkingu z ominięciem dojścia do wynajętego apartamentu i miejsca parkingowego. Musiałem sam sobie odgarniać masy śniegu.

Narty z rodziną

mieszkanie usytuowane w niedalekiej odległości od skibusa, 5 min. od głównej gondoli. mieszkanie cieplutkie, czyste, skromne, brak zmywarki. Właścicielka ... nie mówi po angielsku choć nie stanowiło to problemu w porozumiewaniu się. Ogólnie polecam. mieszkanie dla nie wymagających.

Wij hebben hier met z'n drieën een fijn verblijf gehad. Een net appartement. Mooie ligging op ongeveer 5 minuten rijden van de pistes in Sölden. Gratis WiFi met goeie verbinding. 1 minpuntje, de pannen zijn niet top.

Prima voor 2 personen, evt met 2 kleine kinderen ook. Comfortabel ingericht. Ligt pal aan bergbeek/rivier, maakt nogal wat geluid, raam dicht geen last. Geen vaatwasser...jammer maar ach... En geen leeslamp bij de bank, dat misten we. Voor herhaling vatbaar, dat wel.
