"We checked in and were immediately surprised at how dated and inelegant it was. We decided to keep an open mind and waited for our room to be prepared, but when we were shown to our room, it was tiny with barely any room for anything but the futons in the middle of the floor. There was mold everywhere and an enormous spider in the closet of a bathroom from the moment we arrived (so house keeping must not have bothered even looking in there). The “private onsen” is just a bathtub on the balcony,...

"The traditional Japanese hotel is so spacious that it surprises us the minute we walked in. It has a full living area, a bedroom and a long patio that provides excellent view to the back yard. It has a private indoor hot spring tub and a private outdoor onsen. The back yard lead to hotel garden area which has all kinds of beautiful flowers and plan. Mountain is just next to the backyard. The ambience was excellent. A simple traditional Japanese breakfast was provided for free a request."

"あらかじめ口コミを参考にして伺ったので、施設の古さなど承知の上でしたので、さほど気になりませんでしたが、それでもそろそろ室内のリニューアルされたらいいのになあ・・という具合です。 あいにくの雨続きでせっかくのオーシャンビューを楽しめませんでしたが、晴れたらかなりの美しさだと思います。 ウェルカムおでんやかき氷、飲み物飲み放題、露天風呂、屋内プール、バーで飲み放題、卓球と、ホテル内で楽しめました。従業員の方々は口コミ通り海外の方々でしたが、不真面目な日本人よりよっぽど笑顔で、丁寧に、しっかりとしたお仕事をされていました。また機会が有れば泊まりたいです。 "
