This hotel is very convenient, close to the airport and affordable. I took a taxi from the airport which cost about $6NZD. The room was a lot bigger than expected. The area is nice and quiet. There is a 7/11 located inside the hotel on the lobby floor which was very helpful for getting phone chargers, snacks, water, etc on arrival.

Very nice stay. Room was comfortable enough. Wish the surrounding eateries were open sooner in the day. Found a cute little coffee and sandwich shop close by and it was perfect!

The staff was very nice and there is a shuttle bus to the airport which is extremely close to the property. The room was not well cleaned, it stunk of old cigarette smoke and something else unpleasant. The wifi is public access and does not work in all areas of the room which was really frustrating. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Wow, not what I was expecting given the other reviews. Very shabby, and there's no shuttle service to Terminal 2 - we had to take a taxi. The shuttle to Terminal 1 was 30 minutes. The whole point of an airport hotel is that you should be right there, with a quick shuttle to your flight. 100 percent should have just stayed in downtown Seoul and taken a taxi from the great hotel we had there.
