“An outstanding hotel. We're were first time skiers and could not recommend this place enough for making it such an enjoyable experience. The shuttle up to the gondola and ski lockers made life so nice and the food, spa etc were all top notch. Lovely staff and vibe.”

“Fantastic hotel. Great mountain views, boot room opens about 50m from the gondola. Staff very friendly and helpful. I don't have her name, but the receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me sort out an alternative route to the airport when the bus wascancelles.”

“Un accueil trees chaleureux, des hôtesses très aimable ( parlant espagnole, francais et anglais ), le chambre est grande et spacieuse, la salle de bain tres propore , un grand ecran dans la chambre, le room service assez rapide ( payant 8€, mais avec possibilité de descendre pour aller récupérer sa commande , donx ca depend de chacun ), le spa est légèrement petit mais très agréable ensuite dommage qu'il y ait la climatisation dans le spa , parce que quand on sort de l'eau il fait vite……

“The room was great. The staff were all really good. The breakfasts and evening meals, buffet, were completely stuffed with variety and al very high quality. The location is about 80m from the gondola with a ski safe. And we found the prices in the bar very reasonable. A botle ofnice Rioja for 21E !! We all loved our stay. ”

“Beautiful property with an amazing location across from the gondola. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and attentive. The only issue is the lack of spa on property. Guests must use and pay for the wellness spa at the adjoining hotel. ”

“Apartamento é excelente ! Tudo muito novo e aconchegante . Ponto negativo é estacionar o carro pois quando cheguei nao havia disponibilidade de estacionamento . Na rua fica sujeito a multa e tem que verificar a questao da área azul . Para sair dali tem que estar de carro pois a pé fica longe de tudo . ”

“Cuando hemos llegado el nivel de limpieza no era adecuado y el colchón del sofá cama donde se suponía que tenían que dormir mis hijos roto y el sofá con manchas. Nos fuimos a otro hotel aunque nos querían dar otro apartamento no lo hemos aceptado porque no nos generó confianza. Aunque sí que en todo el momento se han ofrecido a arreglar la situación y rápidos en la respuesta.”
