Fishing, boating, sunbathing, paddle boarding, and water skiing are available in the summer, not to mention the gorgeous hiking and biking trails complete with waterfalls. In the winter, Cozy Grove is close enough to take advantage of Diamond Peak Ski Resort for those who crave the powder sliding beneath their feet come downhill ski season. Don't forget to put in a round or two of golf while you're at it!

Inside you'll find a rustic yet sophisticated themed decor with leather furnishings to help you feel relaxed and at ease during your stay. There's plenty of room to lounge about after a long day of activities with your friends and family, especially if you need to catch up on your favorite shows. A large TV with streaming services is available in the sitting area, next to a beautiful, bricked fireplace. Enjoy cooking a grand meal for your guests in the full kitchen with a glass-top stove and ample counter space. The spacious dining area has a large table set for six. Relax your cares away in the pool while enjoying the beautiful wooded area that radiates the art of vacationing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
