Cozy and modern, this Incline Village condo is a retreat for the whole family. Spread out in this two-story, 3 bed and 3 bath space. Start your mornings enjoying your tea/coffee on the patio watching the wildlife wander by, then gather together in the open concept living area upstairs for meals, conversation, or movies next to the fireplace. Enjoy the pool and tennis/pickleball courts just steps from your front door. A grocery store, several restaurants, coffee shops, and the Incline Village Championship Course are all located within a 15-minute walk from the front door. When adventure calls, a short drive will take you to hiking trails, ski slopes, or beaches to fill you with restorative mountain air. Welcome to your mountain retreat.

Please note: NON-SMOKING, NO PETS. This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.) Lift in pictures is inoperable at this time.

Property Manager difficult to work with

Understanding the new laws passed in the area, this property manager was incredibly difficult to work with and provided an unpleasant experience. There is little that can spoil a vacation to Tahoe, especially in the summer, but the interactions we had with staff came very close, even after following every instruction carefully. Will definitely not be returning
