1. Tahoe receives a large amount of snow in the winter. You will want to be comfortable driving in the snow, and four-wheel drive is required.

2. No smoking inside the chalet. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

3. Please respect quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

4. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the host, except assistance animals as required by applicable law and Airbnb policy.

5. Kindly remove shoes upon entering to help maintain cleanliness.

6. Guests are responsible for damages incurred during their stay, subject to Airbnb`s applicable reimbursement policies.

7. Dispose of garbage in the provided bins and recycling appropriately.

8. Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times, as specified in the reservation and listing.

9. Use of the fireplace is permitted only with adult supervision and following provided instructions.
