Single Story home in Incline Village w/game room, close to skiing!

Large, comfortable, clean, and smoke-free incline village home: 5 minutes to hiking, casinos, skiing, golf, tennis, shops, & restaurants. This single story, low elevation home was furnished and decorated with the utmost attention to detail.

The KITCHEN is fully stocked with cooking and dining items (microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes/utensils/cookery). The four seat kitchen table is the perfect place to have your first cup of coffee in the morning.

The LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM is open and inviting with a leather sectional sofa and flat screen smart TV with X Box One Console & Controller, and DVD player. Bring your own X Box One games or rent from RedBox in the Village. The living room has a wood gas fireplace. The large coffee table is the perfect place to play board games or to work on a puzzle. The dining table seats 10 and is situated next to a wall of windows looking out to the picturesque backyard filled with pines, boulders, and a basketball court. The double french doors open onto a large deck with a propane BBQ and patio furniture (dining and lounging). Patio furniture is stored during the winter.

The GAME ROOM has a pool table, shuffleboard table, foosball table, and a flat screen TV. Off the game room is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for your use.

All beds are made with encased mattress protectors, mattress pads, quality high thread-count sheets, down comforters, and cotton quilts. The pillows are encased pillow protectors.

The bathrooms include a hall bath with a tub/shower, 2 sinks and toilet, an en suite bath off of bedroom 2 with a shower, sink and toilet, and a bathroom off the game room with a shower, sink, and toilet. High thread count towels, Kleenex, and toilet paper are provided.

WiFi and house cleaning are included to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Please keep in mind you are making reservations for a house in the mountains during the winter. It may snow. A snow removal service will be provided prior to your arrival. If additional snow accumulates, you may have to shovel some snow to move your cars. There is room for two cars in the driveway and one in the garage. No refunds will be given for storms or road conditions. We highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains. We cannot provide late check outs due to weather. We need time to prepare the house for the next guests.

***MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests (including children) is limited to nine (9) persons. If it is discovered that you had more than nine (9) persons stay overnight at the property, you will be charged $100 per person per day. In addition, you will be responsible for any and all fines incurred for exceeding the occupancy limits.***

As a courtesy to those who have allergies, we have a NO PET policy. If it’s discovered that you have brought an animal, you will be charged $500 to clean the carpets.

This is a NON-Smoking property. If after your stay the home smells of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vape, or marijuana, you will be charge an additional cleaning fee of $350.

Please note that for the safety and security of our guests and property, there are outdoor security cameras monitoring the exterior of the home. These cameras are positioned to cover entry points and common outdoor areas, but they do not monitor interior spaces. We appreciate your understanding and respect for your privacy during your stay.
