“Our AC did not work properly the first night. I notified the front desk and was told maintenance would address it in the morning, but no one came. I had to follow up again, and it wasn’t fixed until around 2 PM the next day.
I was also charged a $150 pet cleaning fee for our house-trained 12 lb dog, despite the room being noticeably dusty and well-used upon arrival. The outdoor trash bin was already about two-thirds full, leaving very little space for our trash during the stay.
