“Would not stay again. Overpriced and over stressed “directions for check in and check out process”. The reservation for the condo slept 8 individuals, with only 4 water park passes included. We knew we had to purchase extra passes. We had a party of 7 which meant we had to purchase 3 more water park passes. Which was $67 PER day. Outrageous. Not allowed to bring coolers to the pool, or any pool toys for the kids. The listing was very clear that the minimum amount of supplies would be provided ……

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying morning coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins play in the intercoastal—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. The water park on the property was a huge bonus and provided hours of fun for everyone. The owner……

“Wonderful condo and host in Indian Rocks Beach. We picked this area for the pool/waterpark and close access to the beach. This unit has a balcony that has channel and ocean views. We enjoyed sitting outside in the early morning sunshine and watching the dolphins.We had brought a few beach toys, not knowing exactly what the closet had in it. It has everything from beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, to sand buckets/toys. It even had volleyballs for the sand court next to the unit. We definitely did……

“I was well-informed of the check-in/check-out process. Well organized/managed. The unit was clean and comfortable. For a little more than our previously booked hotel, we were able to enjoy a full "home". The views were perfect offering both sunrise & sunset from the balcony. We walked to the beach, dined at local restaurants and caught a brief rest poolside at the waterpark. Perfect little getaway. ”
