- Our 2 bed/2 bath home is clean and uncluttered! Single story with all amenities. SEE PHOTOS and VIDEO
Floor to ceiling glass with beautiful views of the mountains and slump stone walls throughout. Remodeled back to the original, 1960's era style with mid century modern décor, orange door and new "retro" blue appliances. Remote controlled blinds for convenience and privacy. 1 car garage.

Located 2 miles from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden home of Paribas Open. 6 miles from Empire Polo Grounds home of Stage Coach and Coachella. Walking distance to 2 different shuttle stops for the festivals, tennis, and more. New Acrisure arena has outstanding concert lineup. Come for modernism week, film festival, food and wine festival, or just enjoy the desert life.
Quiet, gated community with club house, 6 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, pickle ball, ponds, green grass and several walking paths. Corner house with plenty of parking out front or in garage. Beautiful view of south facing mountains and water feature. Outdoor seating on spacious patio plus private enclosed side patio. 1 car garage available for use.

FANTASTIC INDIAN WELLS CONDO
We enjoyed a wonderful month of April in this Casa Dorado 2-bedroom condo rental. The owner has stocked this home with all of the necessities which was so nice. The view from the unit is amazing with the mountains saying HELLO every morning! I would highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely loved this location and property. Upon arrival, I requested the floors to be recleaned in some areas and Marti was quick to send someone right away. The showers were spotless, the kitchen was clean, and the host even sent extra kitchen & supplies for our month stay. The property is thoughtfully designed, beds comfortable, plenty of thick towels and plenty of hangers (which is usually an afterthought for most rentals). Did not get a chance to enjoy any of the community amenities, so I can't comment on those.Hopefully next time!Community felt safe and secure despite not having a gate person, which I actually preferred. Would recommend for anyone who wants to stay in a quiet location that is easy to get in & out.

Wonderful Place
My husband and I stayed for about six weeks and loved this little spot. It is very bright and cheery with all the amenities you need. We used the many pools on the grounds and played the 4 hole par three course. The views are spectacular and there is a lovely spot to sit outside and have dinner or read. It's also quite private. The location is awesome. You can walk just about anywhere and a two minute drive to El Paseo. We had no issues at all while we were there. I highly recommend.

Awesome place in Indian Wells
Great place with thoughtful and tasteful decor. House completely stocked/every detail has been considered to make for a carefree experience. We love this place and Marti was a truly excellent host! Already signed up to come back.

Great Place!
Marti's place is a beautifully remodel mid century home. We've stayed there a couple of times and will be returning. The home comes with all the amenities you need. The living room has a beautiful view of the nearby mountains, the gated community has immaculate grounds with swimming pools and tennis courts. We love the homes central location to both Palm Desert and La Quinta restaurants and shopping.

Enjoyed our stay
Marti’s place was decorated very nicely in mid century style. Has a nice view of the mountains, and the community grounds were maintained beautifully. We were very disappointed, however, in the amount of traffic noise, especially after specifically asking owner about it. She said the noise was not an issue because of orientation of home. This was not the case. We also had to wash windows, floors and outdoor patio needed to be cleaned up and weeded.

Outstanding Mountain View
The condo was very clean and we appreciated the fireplace during the evenings. The property was very quiet and centrally located in Indian Wells.
