“The staff was accommodating. The key card system was not working so there was not a key card to get into your room. Each time you needed to get into your room a member of the staff had to go to the room with you to open the door. The lunch room was under construction. The small area for breakfast and coffee was not pleasant. Went across the street to get coffee instead. Room coffee pot was dirty. My first room the air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was wet. I was moved to another……

“The carbon monoxide/smoke detector was absent. There was a failing lamp with no lampshade. The pillows and blankets were a mockery. The bath water was trickling with no sign of being stopped. The sink area floor was not cleaned. The room wreaked of weed. I travel a fair amount. I have never seen such a blatant disregard for basic standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and guest safety. This was not a matter of a room being dated or imperfect; it reflected a basic failure to maintain the……

“Excellent host! Comfortable bed! Great water pressure! Cold AC! In a great neighborhood!”

“Overall it was a good place for a short trip and had plenty of space. The only downsides were that the AC was off when we arrived so the house was 79 degrees and it took a while to cool down. Also, the smoke alarm was chirping all night long so we didn’t get great sleep. ”

“The Ladies at the desk were friendly rhonda in the breakfast room was wonderful.the room smelled like cat pee the area was suspect I book a room here because it had a pool the pool wasn't open and looked like it hadn't been open in a while there was a a chicken bone on the floor outside our room 3 days. Not worth the money 1st and last stay here”
