“👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was outdated, poorly designed, unclean, and had an unbearable odor. I stayed for just one night and checked out the next morning. However, right after returning my room key and getting into my car to leave, a male staff member suddenly knocked on my window and arrogantly asked if I still had a room. I told him I stayed there last night but had already checked out. He rudely demanded that I leave immediately. This……

“Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff, however a few things would make our stay better. Hand soap by sink in the our room and towel bars. The breakfast time should be extended until at least 10 am. We are on vacation. ”

“Pros: staff was pleasant; great frig in the room; AC worked well; convenient to Lake Okeechobee. Small Coffee maker in room. Cons: property and room need extensive maintenance and updating. Live roach in bathroom; old stain on sheet. Towels very old in appearance. No breakfast, even simple continental.”

“Staffs are all very friendly & helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet place. Complementary breakfast is good enough to me - I stayed two days and they did offer some different choices, not many though. No refrigerator in room which is not convenient, but with ice machine at each floor so I'm okay with that eventually. Restaurant, convenient stores are nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay. “Parking was plenty and secure, there were many good restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Watch out for the parking lot speed bumps though, very high for a low slung car.”

In a fortunate test of fate, the AC did not work in that room. I went to the office and the mid-day/evening front desk attendant kept putting me off. “There were a few roaches in my room And the pillow smelled like roast spray. And I am always wanting to give a 4 star. I use my diamond 750000 points to stay here. Because it would be near the turtle reservation. And was shocked that I was finding roaches in the room. I wanted to move out early, but I stayed. But I will not leave a review that indicates anything. But what I seem, I am always at your hostels. But mostly extended, stay. So I am very surprised. Thank you for your support. The staff……

“Easy access, close to many fun places, great parking and spacious”

“Nise clean place. With nice staff. My only complaint was the toilets are so small. I'm 6ft. So not that big. I joked with wife. Look at the (baby)kids toilets. But really did make my back hurt.”
