Amazing Pool and Hot Tub w/ King Suite in 3BR Home

Relax on the patio next to the pool and hot tub, while listening to the sounds of the waterfall. The inside is colorful, stylish, and has all the modern amenities: Roku smart TV's, stainless steel appliances, and gel memory foam mattresses.

Three beautiful bedrooms to relax in and recharge. Board games for the kids in the living room cabinet. Cornhole outside, plus floaties for having fun in the pool. Kitchen has all typical tableware and kitchen gadgets, and natural gas BBQ outside for your use.

The house is centrally located in the Coachella Valley near countless golf courses as well as:
4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields (home of Coachella and Stagecoach festivals)
20 minutes to quaint Old Town La Quinta
30 minutes to downtown Palm Springs
40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.

Private Pool and Spa - both are available for your use. Heat for hot tub is included in nightly rate, although hot tub takes 30 minutes to heat up. If you want to heat the pool we require 48 hour notice and it's a $75/day charge. It takes 24 hours to heat the pool.

The pool is outdoors. Occasionally the wind may blow leaves, insects, or dust into the pool, even right after a cleaning. There is a skimmer net available for your use. If it's excessive we can try to get an emergency pool cleaning but it's subject to availability.

For security:
Video cameras at front door (Ring doorbell) and over garage door. These view and record front yard, porch, driveway. Additional video camera records side yard gate and side yard. One camera is inside garage and sees only inside of garage and driveway. Cameras kept on and record, used if there are discrepancies with number of guests or cars on reservation.

No parties allowed. Only number of guests on confirmed reservation are allowed on the property and is verified via video cameras on front of home. No visitors allowed. Any additional guests will be asked to leave immediately, or entire reservation will be immediately cancelled without refund, and your entire group will be asked to leave.

No pets allowed on property - if you sneak a pet on site you will be charged $500 minimum, be evicted immediately without refund, and be charged for any additional cleaning or damages the pet incurs.

No smoking of any kind on this property. If evidence found of smoking you will be charged a minimum $275 cleaning fee plus any damages the smoking causes to our property.

If you violate any of our house rules it is grounds for you ,and your group's, immediate eviction from property without any refund. Also additional charges may be incurred for sneaking pets, smoking, damage to property, etc.
